NINA SPENSLEY

Spensley Productions LLC’s principal, NINA SPENSLEY is a producer, operations, and communications strategy consultant who brings nascent ideas to life that deserve to be materialized. She's dedicated to civic and political representation and has produced several of the most impactful programs for organizations that deepen our collective understanding of cultural zeitgeists, including Our Body Politic, New American Leaders (NAL), Starfish Accelerator and Sundance Institute. She is experienced in the non-profit, media and philanthropy sectors (or some intersectionality of the three), and moves fluidly between industries, products and programs.

Nina understands and interacts with the world through a global lens drawn from her lived experience. Her background has instilled a unique blend of strategic management, mission-driven operational expertise, and human-focused leadership. She thrives on building and managing teams that are the bedrock of the organizations she works with and is drawn to people who have a creative vision for how we experience the world and are concerned with making a positive impact.

Nina hails from Haiti and the UK. Born in Amsterdam, she spent her early childhood years in Spain before immigrating to Brooklyn. For the past twenty years to now, Nina has split her time between Los Angeles and New York.
